Becoming A Mystery Shopper

Please be aware that there is no fee required to become a mystery shopper. Be wary of companies that ask for a fee, promise huge payments, or ask you to cash a cashier’s check to evaluate a bank’s service. Mystery shopping is a widely used practice among thousands of organizations to gather important data about their operations and most mystery shopping companies are very reputable.

What Is A Mystery Shopper?

Are you an observant and detail oriented person? Are you extremely reliable and conscientious about honoring commitments? Do you have the ability to provide well-written, objective reports on what you observe? If you are, then Mystery Shopping may be for you.

CALIBER works with leading retail stores, grocery chains, drug stores, consumer product manufactures and other organizations to provide non-judgmental data regarding the customer experience. Our mystery shoppers are independent contractors who are paid per assignment. Mystery shopping is not intended to be a full time job, but can be a way of earning supplemental income on a flexible basis. It is not for everyone, however.
